UDP is an investment and development company, leader of the development and investment market in Ukraine. Since 2002 we have been managing real estate projects over the entire development cycle from land allotment to construction, from architectural concept to delivery of keys to apartment owners.

With our long experience, we managed to set up an efficient project management structure and guarantee high quality and accurate completion dates.

Today, UDP’s project portfolio includes 11 projects with a total area of more than 3,000,000   sq. m. Our assets cover approximately 1,000 hectares of land.

Our Kiev projects include but not limited to the Novopecherskie Lipki residential area, Parkovy Gorod and Bulvar Fontanov residential estates, RiverStone multifunctional residential estate, and Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment centre: in Odessa we worked at the Maristella residence; and in Simferopol we built the Meganom shopping mall. All of them are unique and no similar projects can be found anywhere else in Ukraine. Each year, we improve our project portfolio by expanding the geography of our business.
