Following the on-line voting conducted RealExpo consulting company with www.zagorodna.com portal, Parkove Misto residential complex was awarded the Grand Prix nominated as "The best apartment complex in Kyiv". Voting aimed at determining the best residential apartment complex in Ukraine was held for the first time from January 23 to February 23, 2012. The voting involved 76 new buildings from 6 regions of Ukraine.

Novopecherk Lipki residential block constructed by UDP company was awarded the Grand Prix nominated as "The best residential block of Ukraine in 2012!". It was announced on March 5, 2012 at the official award ceremony of winners in "Housing 2012", fourth All-Ukrainian independent contest of residential real estate conducted by RealExpo consulting company.

During the meeting of real estate market professionals at the Akko International Exhibition Centre on March 5, 2012 a Fountain Boulevard residential complex - project presented by companies City 1 Development and UDP - won the "National Recognition in the Construction Industry" National Award at a contest conducted by www.zagorodna.com portal.

On March 5, 2012 at the Akko International Exhibition Centre were presented the winners of the Fourth All-Ukrainian Housing 2012 residential real estate independent contest conducted by RealExpo consulting company. According to the voting results, Fountain Boulevard residential complex - project presented by companies City 1 Development and UDP - was recognized as "The best residential complex project of Ukraine in 2012" by the expert jury.

Maristella complex the second consecutive year wins the annual all-Ukrainian Luxury Lifestyle Awards for achievement in the luxury industry in the "Urban Residential". Luxury Lifestyle Awards – is the first and only Ukrainian award, which is awarded for achievement in the luxury industry. Getting the Awards is a measure of exclusivity in the eyes of the professional community. The official award auditors is PricewaterhouseCoopers company.

Novopecherski Lypky and Parkove Misto housing complexes topped the rating list of Building magazine’s 10 Best Newly Built Developments on the West Bank of Kyiv. Leading players on Kyiv’s real estate market participated in composing the rating. Each respondent named the best housing complex of the west bank of the Dnipro River and rated them according to a four-point scale taking into account the following criteria: location of property development, technical building features, internal infrastructure of the development and available parking. Among all the named projects, the ones most often mentioned were selected. Novopecherski Lypky housing complex became the absolute leader by frequency of mentions and garnered the second most amount of points receiving 36 out of a possible 40. Among the project’s competitive advantages were: being located in a prestigious section of Kyiv, its elaborated concept, both houses being ready ahead of schedule in the residential quarter, which was the main trust-winning factor of the company. Parkove Misto housing complex also was awarded a high number of points and made the top 10 list.

Novopecherski Lypky Residential Quarter in 2010 was named one of the top three best developments in the elite category of urban real estate, according to the Ukrainian Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2009/2010 prize. In addition, according to the Gvardiya’s magazine’s rating as well as other mass media, Novopecherski Lypky was named the best housing complex of 2010.

Novopecherski Lypky Residential Quarter topped the rating list for the 10 best residential projects of 2010, which was compiled by Building magazine and Building Media Group publishing house. Of the 40 development projects were selected the best housing development being made ready for use in 2010. The main criteria were: location of property development, technical building features, internal infrastructure of the development and available parking.

Marine residence «Maristella» became the winner of the annual all-Ukrainian prize Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2010 for his achievements in the luxury industry in the "Urban Residential" and the owner of Golden Crown of jewelry design studio HARARUK. Official auditor of the premium Luxury Lifestyle Awards is an international firm PwC.

Novopecherski Lypky Residential Quarter took top honor at the ІІІ Ukrainian Independent Competition Housing 2010 in the category Best Housing Development of Ukraine, which took place February 23-26, 2011 at the Real Estate-2011 show. The show took place in the International Exhibition Center with the support of the Ukrainian Construction Association, Ministry of Regional Construction, Land Association of Ukraine and the RealExpo consulting company. UDP, as an investment and development company, showcased its Novopecherski Lypky residential quarter in the contest, which is located in Kyiv’s Pechersk neighborhood and whose doors opened in May 2010.

Parkove Misto housing complex, according to the Ministry of Construction of Ukraine, was named the best housing complex of 2009. On August 6, 2009 an award ceremony took place in Ukraine’s construction ministry to honor contest winners for Best Houses and Buildings Built and Opened in Ukraine in 2009. The Parkove Misto housing complex was named best in Ukraine for the category Housing Construction, including the first set of the complex, which was opened its doors in September 2009.
